As we continue to expand across India, we're looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team at our Thrissur corporate office.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who treats every rupee of ad spend like it's their own. As Performance Marketer, you'll plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms to drive measurable results for Deutsche and our clients — leads, conversions, and growth you can point to on a dashboard.

This role suits someone who's as comfortable with numbers and analytics as they are with creative instinct.

What You'll Do

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI across campaigns

Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights





A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve results

Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives

Track and report on key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates

Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across digital platforms

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)

Comfortable working with budgets, data, and performance metrics

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into strategy

Experience working with multiple clients or business verticals is a plus

Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a bonus, not a requirement
