At Brewing Beans Beverages India Private Limited, we build contemporary cafe experiences - a high-energy, Luxury fine dine cafe concept—and are seeking an execution-focused Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive store footfall, manage digital channels, optimize food aggregator platforms and build local brand awareness.

If you are a mix of performance marketer, creative strategist, and hands-on field marketer who knows how to drive daily footfall and scale delivery orders, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Google & Local Discovery: Set up, optimize, and manage Google Business Profile (GBP) for maximum local search visibility, updated menus, and customer reviews.
- Social Media Operations: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X profiles with reels, high-quality visual content and local community engagement.
- Meta & Local Paid Ads: Create and manage geo-targeted Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Twitter ads within a 3–5 km radius to drive store footfall and track Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) / ROAS.
- Food Aggregators ; Manage listings, menu layouts, banner promotions and platform ad campaigns on Food Aggregators platforms to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and order volumes.
- Influencers & Collaborations: Partner with local food bloggers, lifestyle micro-influencers, and neighborhood content creators for tasting previews and coverage.
- Footfall & B2B Campaigns: Execute offline campaigns, corporate coffee pass partnerships with nearby office parks/co-working spaces, and limited-time offer launches.
- Retention & Loyalty:



Set up and manage basic WhatsApp/SMS customer loyalty and repeat-purchase programs.
- Design Briefing & Execution: Work with internal graphic designers to deliver outlet marketing materials (standees, tent cards, flyers, menu boards and launch signage).
- Customer Review & Feedback Engine:
- Design and execute on-ground and digital customer review capture systems (e.g., QR-code feedback at tables/bills, post-purchase WhatsApp/SMS review prompts).
- Actively manage, track, and respond to all customer feedback across Google Business Profile, Food Aggregator platforms and other relevant platforms.
- Run campaigns to drive consistent 5-star Google reviews from happy dine-in and takeaway guests to boost local search rankings.
- Establish a rapid response system to address negative feedback constructively and retain unhappy guests.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing for F&B; brands, cafes, restaurants, QSRs.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Direct experience managing Food Aggegator Merchant Dashboards and platform ads.
- Strong understanding of local SEO, Google Maps optimization and micro-influencer outreach.
- Comfortable with a hybrid role combining digital performance marketing and on-ground store marketing.
