Scope of the job Job purpose: Supervises the team of People Services Specialists and Administrators in order to ensure smooth and high-quality services within the scope of People Services tasks and areas.

Key responsibilities: 1) Together with the team responsible for delivery of the operational support to employees, managers and other clients and stakeholders within the area of expertise (administration, payroll, T&A;, benefits administration, MyHR, AskHR and other tools and functionalities).

- Responsible for People Services processes execution and status monitoring as per the HR policies and agreed approach 3) Ensures the employees and managers operational queries and questions regarding HR processes and practices as per agreed SLAs. Acts as escalation point whenever necessary.
- Is member or leads HR initiatives and projects by acting as expert in his/her domain 5) Supervises and coaches the People Services team and support their functional development 6) Initiate or actively takes part in design, revision and implementation of the HR policies and practices, especially in the area of People Services scope.



Cooperates with People Services Coordinators in order to ensure best standards of payroll and mobility services.
- Takes active part in People Function discussions and workshops to work out best in class HR services and partner within and outside People Services And any other task assigned by Line Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities Reports to: Total Rewards and People Services Manager Qualifications/ Experience / skills required per job levels: Must have (all levels):
- University degree - HR Management faculty preferable • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of the given HR area • Learning agility to adapt to dynamic setting and learn on the fly • Engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks • Good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders management skills • More than 1year of relevant leadership experience and 5 years experience in People Function, sound understanding of People Services domain, have theoretical knowledge of labour code and related laws.
