Job Descriptions

At least 7 to 15 years of end-to-end project lifecycles as Pega Lead Business Architect ( LBA)

7+ years of solid experience working in PEGA

5+ years of strong experience working as PEGA LBA for PCS Application with below knowledge

PCS framework understanding

Product Template, product and plan definition and related inheritance and structure understanding in PCS

Understanding of Plan definition in PCS application for healthcare domain

5+ years of experience working in Healthcare/Insurance domain

Must have experience in documenting business rules – Assisting with the work type structure from business perspective





Experience in designing and configuring rules and flows – Assisting with the development of the draft user interface and draft process flows

Strong experience in communicating with internal teams and clients – Delivering user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens and interface mock-ups

Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills

Excellent relationship management skills

Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs

Strong organizational and time management skills

Multi-tasker full of great energy and attitude to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment

University or college degree or equivalent experience Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor communication style to the audience and to actively participate and influence conversations with senior executives.
