Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Pega applications using Pega Platform.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders.

- Provide technical guidance to junior developers on best practices for Pega development.

Job Requirements :

- 4-11 years of experience in Pega development with expertise in CCSA (Certified CSA) certification.

- Robust understanding of Pega frameworks such as Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Onboarding processes.

- Experience working with EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) and CDD (Comprehensive Due Diligence).

- Proficiency in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) and ability to write complex rulesets.
