Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Pega Developer with

5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using the

Pega Platform

. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

certification and have solid expertise in Pega case management, BPM, integrations, and application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.

- Build and customize

Case Types, Data Pages, UI Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions, Flows, and Portals

.

- Develop business rules including:

- Decision Tables

- Decision Trees

- Declare Expressions

- Declare Constraints

- Declare Triggers

- Create reusable components following Pega best practices and guardrails.

- Develop and consume

REST/SOAP Web Services for third-party integrations.





- Design and implement integrations using Connectors and Services.

- Develop correspondence, reports, activities, utility functions, and custom components.

- Configure Security, Access Groups, Roles, Privileges, and Authentication mechanisms.

- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails.

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Product Owners to understand business requirements.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Support application deployment and production releases.
