Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of motor insurance products through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our motor insurance policies.
- Achieve sales targets set by the organization.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in motor insurance and participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques.

Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in Sales Techniques specifically tailored to insurance products.
- In-depth knowledge of motor insurance policies, terms, and conditions.




- Robust communication skills for both one-on-one client interactions and group presentations.

Secondary Skills:
- Adept at problem-solving to effectively address customer issues or objections.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Experience Range: 6months-2 years

Job Timing

This position requires the candidate to work in-office as per standard business hours.
