We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations for a rapid-growing organization with a workforce of 800+ employees . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Indian payroll, statutory compliance, payroll systems, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 800+ employees with high accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Handle payroll inputs, variable pay, reimbursements, bonuses, leave, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, gratuity, bonus, and other applicable labour laws.
- Manage payroll audits, statutory filings, and reconciliations.
- Partner with HR and Finance for payroll accounting, reporting, and employee cost analysis.




- Drive payroll automation, process improvements, and HRMS optimization.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and lead a high-performing payroll function.

Requirements

- 6-8 years of payroll management experience, preferably in a multi-location organization.
- Experience handling payroll for 800+ employees .
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll/HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, Keka, GreytHR, SAP, Workday, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
