Job Opening: Payroll Executive Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our factory and office staff. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, skilled in payroll software, and capable of independently handling payroll for a large workforce.

Key Responsibilities Collect and verify daily, weekly, and monthly attendance data of factory employees.

Calculate salary components such as bonuses, allowances, and deductions.

Process monthly salaries using Spine HRMS .

Schedule and execute bank payments or issue paychecks to employees.

Distribute salary slips and collect signed receipts (digital or physical).

Maintain accurate payroll records and generate payroll expense reports.





Ensure payroll compliance with applicable wage, tax, and statutory regulations.

Handle employee queries regarding salary, tax deductions, benefits, etc.

Prepare Full & Final settlements for exited employees.

Calculate and track employee leaves.

Maintain payroll documentation and audit readiness.

Address payroll-related grievances at both head office and factory level.

Required Skills And Experience Prior experience in handling payroll for 400+ employees .

Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Hands-on experience with Spine HRMS payroll software.

Strong understanding of salary components and statutory deductions.

Experience with attendance and leave management.

Knowledge of labor laws and payroll compliance.

Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
