Role Description The Parts Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing all aspects of parts operations for Euler Motors’ commercial EV fleet. The role involves managing parts inventory, ensuring timely availability of service parts, and coordinating with service centers, workshops, and internal teams to support efficient vehicle maintenance.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, placing and tracking orders, optimizing storage and cataloging systems, and maintaining accurate records in parts management tools.

The Parts





Manager also interacts with customers and service partners to resolve parts-related issues, supports warranty processes, and contributes to cost control and quality standards. This position plays a key role in sustaining high uptime, customer satisfaction, and operational reliability for Euler’s vehicles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient ordering, and minimal downtime.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with customers and service partners.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Service Parts handling, including cataloging, storage, and distribution processes for automotive or EV components.
- Relevant experience in parts management within automotive, commercial vehicles, or EV industry, preferably in a workshop, dealership, or fleet environment.
- Proficiency with inventory or ERP software, strong data accuracy, and basic analytical skills to track usage, costs, and performance.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across operations, service, and procurement teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented work style, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement of parts processes.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
