Job Title: Partnership Manager – International Recruitment

Role Overview:

The Partnership Manager will lead international alliances with overseas employers, agencies, and training institutes to expand global hiring opportunities. The role involves business development, relationship management, compliance, and strategic growth within the international recruitment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard overseas partners and clients (UK, Europe, GCC, APAC).

- Manage end-to-end partner relationships and performance reviews.

- Develop new business pipelines and negotiate commercial agreements.

- Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and visa processes.





- Represent the company at international events and networking forums.

Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in international recruitment, global mobility, or B2B partnerships.

- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of international hiring regulations and frameworks.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, HR, or International Relations preferred.
