We are looking for experienced Voice AI builders who have already built production-ready voice agents and understand the complete lifecycle—from prompt engineering to platform configuration, testing, and deployment.

This is a freelance / part-time opportunity where you'll be paid per Voice AI agent/project rather than on a monthly salary. What You'll Do

Build end-to-end Voice AI agents for real customer use cases.

Design conversation flows and prompts.





Configure Voice AI platforms and integrations.

Test agents thoroughly across different call scenarios.

Fine-tune prompts, latency, and conversation quality.

Deliver production-ready agents.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building Voice AI agents.

Experience with one or more platforms such as:

Vapi

Bolna

Retell AI

Bland AI

Synthflow or similar Voice AI platforms

Solid understanding of

Prompt engineering

Conversation design

Function calling / tool integrations

STT, TTS, and LLM workflows

End-to-end testing and QA

Ability to independently build and deploy Voice AI solutions.

Engagement Model

We bring the business and client requirements.

You build the Voice AI agent.

Compensation is per agent/project.

You can quote your pricing based on the complexity and requirements of each project.
