So-Creative Group is an international digital agency with offices in the UK, Dubai and India. We design and develop premium websites, e-commerce platforms, custom software, AI solutions, and deliver digital marketing campaigns for businesses across the UK and internationally.

We're looking for an experienced Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our internal marketing and inbound lead generation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has already generated high-quality leads for a digital agency through paid advertising and understands exactly how to grow an agency using Google Ads, Meta Ads and, ideally, LinkedIn Ads.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified inbound enquiries for So-Creative Group across the UK and international markets.

You'll own our paid advertising strategy from start to finish while also overseeing our social media presence and helping build our marketing function as it grows.

Initially, you'll manage everything yourself, with the opportunity to build your own team as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Generation

Generate qualified enquiries for services including:

- Website Design & Development
- Custom Software Development
- Mobile App Development
- AI Solutions
- SEO, GEO & AEO
- PPC & Digital Marketing Retainers

Generate inbound leads through:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Landing pages
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Content marketing
- Marketing campaigns





We're looking for someone who already knows what works and has a proven track record of generating enquiries for a digital agency. Paid Advertising (Full Setup Independently)

You must be capable of independently managing every stage of a campaign, including:

- Evidence of UAE/UK/Canada/USA campaign management
- Campaign strategy
- Keyword and audience research
- Google Ads management
- Meta Ads management
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Writing advert copy
- Creating or briefing creative assets
- Building high-converting landing pages
- Setting up GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Analytics and reporting
- A/B testing
- Campaign optimisation
- Improving conversion rates
- Reducing cost per lead
- Maximising return on ad spend (ROAS)

We're looking for someone who can take campaigns from concept through to optimisation without relying on other specialists.

Social Media

You'll also be responsible for:

- Managing all company social media accounts
- Planning and publishing content
- Working with designers and copywriters
- Strengthening our brand across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Promoting our websites, software, AI and digital marketing services

Team Leadership As the marketing function grows, you'll help recruit, manage and develop additional marketing team members.





Experience managing or mentoring a marketing team is highly desirable.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within a digital agency
- Proven experience generating inbound leads for a digital agency (web design, software design)
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads experience preferred
- Solid understanding of landing pages and conversion optimisation
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Excellent understanding of performance marketing
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable

- Experience marketing web design, software development or AI services
- Experience managing marketing teams
- Knowledge of SEO, GEO and AEO
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
