Role Description The Packaging Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at the TRPL facility in Rajahmundry. This role oversees daily packaging operations for solar glass products, ensuring that finished goods are packed safely, accurately labeled, and prepared for dispatch according to company standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include planning and assigning work to packaging staff, monitoring productivity, enforcing safety and housekeeping practices, and coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.

The Packaging

Supervisor reviews packaging materials and methods, identifies process improvements, and ensures adherence to quality control and quality assurance protocols.



The role also involves training team members on packaging procedures, maintaining documentation and reports, and supporting inventory checks for packaging supplies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, workload planning, and performance monitoring.

Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear instructions to packaging staff.

Relevant experience in manufacturing or packaging operations, ideally in glass, solar, or related industries.

Knowledge of safety practices, basic inventory management, and use of packaging tools and equipment.

Ability to work in shift-based environments and in a fast-paced, production-focused setting.

Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
