Outlet Operations Lead About the Role

Hospitality begins long before the first cup is served. Subko is looking for an Outlet Operations Lead in Bengaluru who can build exceptional teams and create experiences people return for.

As a Outlet Operations Lead, you'll be entrusted with more than day-to-day operations — you'll shape the culture across our cafés, develop future leaders, and help define what thoughtful hospitality looks like every day.

What You'll Do

Oversee operations and performance across all Subko cafés in Bengaluru

Build, coach, and develop teams that deliver consistent, exceptional guest experiences

Set and uphold standards for hospitality, quality, and consistency across outlets

Partner with café teams to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement

Balance business performance with guest experience and team wellbeing





Act as a culture carrier — modeling and reinforcing what great hospitality looks like

What We're Looking For

You've led multiple restaurants or cafés

Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple outlets/stores in F&B;, hospitality, or retail

Strong track record of leading and developing teams

Comfortable balancing operational rigor with a hands-on, guest-first mindset

Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
