Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and business partners.

Explain Loom Solar products and generate sales leads.

Build customer relationships and address product-related queries.

Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns and other marketing sources.

Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions in the CRM.

Coordinate with the regional sales team for lead closure.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or outbound sales will be preferred.

Fluency in one of the following languages is mandatory:

Telugu

Malayalam

Kannada

Tamil





Basic knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.

Good communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Ability to build rapport with customers over phone.
