Change Management

Strategy &

- Planning

- Conduct audience analysis and determine the impact of change on various user groups.

- Develop and update change strategies based on specific project needs and potential risks.

- Create and execute a comprehensive Communication Plan to provide the right information to the right people at the right time.

- Identify and engage Executive Sponsors, Business Leaders, and Google Guides to act as change agents within the organization.

2.

Training

Design &

- Delivery

- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to match training content with specific user group requirements.

- Develop customized learning paths and materials, including quick reference guides, video tutorials, and self-help resources.

- Deliver training through various channels: Remote Instructor-Led Training (ILT), webinars, and 1:1 premium coaching for executives.

- Facilitate Q&A; sessions and Google Workspace roadshows to drive excitement and adoption.

3. GWS Migration &

- Adoption Strategy

- Facilitate the transition from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace workflows by mapping legacy processes to modern cooperative tools.

- Drive end-user adoption and proficiency across all Google Workspace tools through hands-on training and engagement initiatives.





- Demonstrate real-world business use cases to show how teams can collaborate better in GWS compared to traditional desktop-based environments.

- Provide practical training on generative AI features (Gemini) to serve as a productivity booster directly within the Google Workspace interface.

Required Skill Set &

- Qualifications

Core Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and corporate training.

- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for stakeholder management and training delivery.

- Change Methodology: Deep understanding of structured OCM frameworks (e.g., Define, Engage, Lead, Inform, Validate, Educate, Realize).

- Training Expertise: Proven ability to conduct audience analysis and deliver high-impact training across diverse user segments.

Technical Proficiency

- Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace applications and administration basics.

- Training: Proficiency in delivering practical training on Google Workspace and Gemini features to diverse audiences.

- Additional Tools: Basic familiarity with AppSheet and Looker is an added advantage for supporting data and automation needs.
