Job Title: Order Management Specialist- Chinese Location: Hyderabad Primary Function Expertise in SAP Order Management Transactions & Documentation

Understanding of Order Management process and involve in resolving issues Brief Understands the order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it.

Process standard and some complex sales orders requiring deep process and system knowledge, escalates issues as required

Develops expertise to undertake transactional process steps in assigned process specialist roles.

Help facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.

Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers

Process customer order with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy while taking accountability for the transactions.





Participates in team development activities including on the job trainings.

Supports implementation of continuous improvement projects.

Education & Other Skills Bachelor’s/Masters Degree (preferably in Chinese )

5-7 years of work experience in Domestic & International Order Management or any other relevant business-related experience in Chinese language

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

Positive Commercial & SAP knowledge in OTC module
