Responsibilities

- Analyze intricate business challenges and manage project tasks

- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills

- Uphold professional standards and confirm quality in deliverables

- Navigate uncertain situations to facilitate productive project outcomes

- Build sturdy relationships with clients to understand their needs

- Utilize analytical skills to develop innovative client solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

- Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them

- Work on tickets related to the project work and follow ticket hygiene

Key skills:

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems

- Primary Skillset Knowledge in Module- Costing





- Secondary Skillset in at least two modules- Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Order Management

- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications

- Developing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation and evolution services

- Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPIs

- Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application

- Generate adhoc reports to measure and to communicate the health of the applications

- Should have positive communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exposure perform Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-off
