Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete data conversion lifecycle: data extraction, profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and production cutover.
- Design and execute data migration strategies for Oracle Fusion SCM & Finance implementations.
- Develop and manage conversion objects using FBDI, ADFDI, UCM, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Build and support reports using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and BICC for migration and validation.
- Conduct data quality assessments and drive cleansing initiatives.
- Plan and execute mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues across the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Fusion best practices, security standards, and configurations.
- Lead and mentor the conversion team, ensuring quality delivery and timelines.

Required Skills &

Experience :





- 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM & Finance data migration projects.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- FBDI, ADFDI, UCM
- REST APIs, SOAP Web Services
- SQL, PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, business processes, and architecture.
- Experience with BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and BICC.
- Expertise in data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Proven experience leading conversion workstreams and technical teams.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification (SCM and/or Finance).
- Experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience working on global rollout or transformation programs.
