Oracle Fusion SCM Conversion Lead

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Conversion Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance data migration and conversion projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion data conversion activities, including extraction, profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and production cutover.
- Design and execute migration strategies for Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance.
- Develop and manage conversion objects using FBDI, ADFDI, UCM, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL, and PL/SQL .
- Develop and support BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and BICC reports.
- Conduct data quality assessments and coordinate data cleansing activities.
- Plan and execute mock conversions, dress rehearsals, cutover, and production migrations.
- Troubleshoot migration issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.




- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
- Lead conversion workstreams and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM & Finance data migration/conversion .
- Hands-on expertise in FBDI, ADFDI, UCM, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL & PL/SQL .
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance data models and business processes.
- Experience with BIP, OTBI, and BICC .
- Strong experience in data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, mock conversions, cutover planning, and production deployment.
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion conversion workstreams.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification – SCM and/or Finance.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) exposure.
- Experience with large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Experience with global Oracle Fusion implementation/rollout projects.
