Implementations : Minimum 1 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Configure and support key Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including :

1. Core HR (Global HR)

2. Payroll

3. Absence Management

4. Oracle Talent Management (OTM)

5. Time and Labor

6. Compensation (as applicable)

- Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, grades, and positions
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation (BRD, FRD, MD050)




- Support data migration activities using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
- Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), go-live, and post-go-live support
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior consultants

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM
- At least 1 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
- Strong functional knowledge of HR and payroll processes
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration
- Experience with integrations between HCM and Finance/SCM modules
- Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (latest releases)
- Knowledge of OTBI / BI Publisher reports
- Experience with data migration tools (HDL, HSDL)
