We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in HCM integrations and reporting . The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge and a proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale HCM solutions.

Role Overview

- Lead and support HCM Cloud integrations across Payroll, Advantages, Absence, and Core HR .
- Design and optimize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, BICC, and data migration solutions .
- Provide guidance on security roles, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and compliance reporting .

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain SOA, REST API, SOAP Web Service integrations .
- Manage file‑based imports/exports and secure transfers via SFTP .




- Deliver BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL/PLSQL, XML reports .
- Support enterprise clients, especially in banking and financial services .
- Ensure solutions align with Oracle Fusion Cloud and OCI best practices .
