Role Overview Having recently completed a core migration from custom enterprise systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, the company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion ERP Leader. Acting as the second-in-command for the enterprise applications division, this leader will report directly to the CPTO.
In this role, you will own the functional and technical performance of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem (SCM, Financials, Procurement). You will drive post-migration stabilization, lead cross-platform integration across store POS systems and digital apps, manage System Integrator (SI) partners, and build in-house technical capability to support rapid store expansion.

- Strategic ERP Leadership & Roadmap
- Function as the strategic and technical lead for the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Financials, and Procurement.
- Collaborate directly with the CPTO to define and execute the enterprise application roadmap to support high-volume,
multi-location business growth.
- Establish robust enterprise IT governance, release management, disaster recovery, and data security standards.
- Lead functional configuration, solution design, and continuous optimization for Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procurement, Fulfillment, and Inventory Management.
- Oversee middleware integration architecture connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud with the company’s digital web/app platforms, WMS, logistics partners, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across 350+ retail locations.
- Solve domain-specific complexities, including real-time omnichannel inventory reconciliation, job-work/vendor tracking, and high-value precious inventory accounting.
- Architect and maintain scalable middleware integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS extensions.
- Lead the analytics strategy utilizing OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher to deliver real-time operational insights to executive leadership.
- Standardize cloud-native extension patterns to ensure seamless execution of semi-annual Oracle patches and upgrades.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for managing System Integrator (SI) partners, implementation vendors, and Oracle support SLAs.
- Audit vendor deliverables, review change requests (CRs), and optimize enterprise software licensing and infrastructure costs.
- Mentor and scale an internal team of functional and technical ERP analysts, fostering in-house domain expertise and reducing long-term reliance on external consultants.
- Facilitate knowledge-transfer programs and foster alignment across Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Requirements Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Overall Experience: 10 to 12 years of core ERP experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Implementation Experience: Track record of driving at least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or enterprise-scale custom-to-cloud migration programs.
- Domain Context: Strong background in Omnichannel Retail, High-Volume E-Commerce, FMCG, or Consumer Durables is mandatory.
- Functional & Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, GOP) integrated with Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Integration Stack: Proficient in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL/PL-SQL, and Web Services APIs.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, or MBA / Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong enterprise technology track record.
