- Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or nursing homes

- Background in healthcare staffing, SaaS, HRTech, or health tech sales

- Proven experience managing the full B2B sales cycle independently

- Track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders (HR Heads, Medical Directors, COOs, CXOs)

- Comfortable working in CRM tools daily

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 4-6 years of relevant business development experience

- Sharp communication skills and relentless focus, even when a deal gets hard.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
