Role Info : Product Manager (SaaS applications)

This request supports improving how Tech Hub onboards SaaS applications into support and establishes a clear operating model for ownership. This role will focus on onboarding SaaS applications into support and establishing a scalable product-to-support transition model: - Define a standard onboarding and transition model for SaaS applications entering support - Establish the required product foundations (ownership, documentation, support model, governance)



to enable seamless handover - Move SaaS applications from delivery/product teams into a structured support model - Ensure onboarding includes sufficient alignment on responsibilities, SLAs, and governance - Reduce dependency on ongoing product management involvement - Manage onboarding pipeline of SaaS applications into support - Ensure support teams are equipped to manage products independently post onboarding Key Personal Attributes
