Job Purpose

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with affluent and retail banking customers. The role focuses on achieving business targets through portfolio growth, cross-selling banking products, customer engagement, and delivering superior service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire current-to-bank customers through referrals, sourcing activities, and market networking.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of affluent and retail customers.
- Cross-sell banking products including:
- CASA
- Term Deposits
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance
- Wealth Products
- Loans
- Credit Cards

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Provide financial solutions based on customer needs and risk profiles.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Build long-term relationships through regular customer engagement.
- Generate revenue through fee-based and investment products.




- Maintain compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and servicing.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for business enhancement.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Banking Sales, Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Relationship Management.
- Proven track record in handling HNI/Affluent customer portfolios.
