Hello Job Seekers,

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to join BPO Sales Operations. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, building rapport, understanding their requirements, and closing sales.

QUALIFICATION -

1. Noida & Gurugram: Any 12th pass Fresher / Experience can apply.
2. Lucknow: Any Graduate with Experience in Sales OR Graduate Fresher with Internship Experience in Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute outbound calls to engage, and qualify potential leads.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to present company products and services clearly.
- Identify client pain points, handle objections professionally, and close sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate lead details, interaction logs, and deals in the CRM system.




- Meet sales quotas and activity targets.

SALARY -

1. Lucknow - 22k to 26k CTC + INCENTIVES
2. Noida - 13k - 25k CTC + INCENTIVES
3. Gurugram - 24k to 27k CTC + INCENTIVES

SCHEDULE - 6 DAYS WORKING & 1 ROTATIONAL WEEK OFF

NOTE:

- APPLICANT MUST NOT HAVE ANY PRE-DETERMINDED LEAVE REQUIREMENT IN NEXT 3 MONTHS AFTER JOINING
- AGE LIMIT IS MAX. 30
