Role & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels, including job sits, referral, etc .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance.
- Handle employee relations issues, provide advice on HR policies and procedures, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development programs.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals,



and feedback mechanisms.
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on change management strategies and facilitating communication between management and employees.
- Track HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Eligibility

- Qualification _MBA hr preferred
- Experience in HR Recruitment, HRBP, role
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
