Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager - CyberLife with a strong background in the Insurance domain and hands-on expertise in CyberLife product development and support. The ideal candidate will lead the IPE team, drive technical excellence, manage client expectations, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The role requires strong experience in CyberLife programming, Micro Focus COBOL on AWS, Mainframe technologies, application maintenance, break-fix support, and new product implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the IPE team in delivering high-quality software solutions while ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of CyberLife product enhancements, maintenance, and implementation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients,



and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for CyberLife application development, customization, and integration activities.
- Perform application maintenance, break-fix support, defect resolution, and production issue management.
- Design, develop, test, and implement solutions using CyberLife, COBOL, and Mainframe technologies.
- Support modernization initiatives involving Micro Focus COBOL on AWS.
- Drive recent product implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements within the CyberLife landscape.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Review technical designs, code changes, and deployment plans.
- Mentor and guide team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with client teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and application support processes.
