What You'll Do:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with international clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain explicit documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- International Voice Process experience is preferred; Both Fresher and candidates with any international customer support background are welcome to apply.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners can take the advantage.

- Shift: Permanent Night Shift
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
