Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PGT Commerce teacher who can effectively teach Accountancy and Economics to senior secondary students (Classes XI/XII) and help them build solid conceptual clarity for board and competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities

- Teach Accountancy and Economics to Classes XI and XII as per the board curriculum
- Plan lessons, prepare notes/worksheets, and design tests aligned with the syllabus and exam pattern.
- Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations, including practical/project work as applicable.
- Assess assignments, tests, and examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback to students.




- Maintain student performance records and communicate progress with parents/management as required.
- Participate in academic planning, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Mentor and guide students on commerce stream career pathways.

Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree (Master's) in Commerce/Economics (M.Com/M.A. Economics) with Accountancy and Economics as core subjects.

- B.Ed. is mandatory as per PGT eligibility norms.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Accountancy and Economics at the senior secondary level (Classes XI/XII)
- Proven track record of valuable student results in board examinations preferred.
Desired Skills
- Strong subject command over Accountancy and Economics with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent command over English (spoken and written).

Strong classroom management, communication, and mentoring skills.
