Role Summary The Operations Analyst (PMO & Data Analytics) will play a critical role in supporting project governance, operational reporting, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is a blend of Project Management Office (PMO) support and Data Analytics, requiring strong project management experience, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, hands-on experience in developing executive dashboards and reports, and demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role will partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and process standardization.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Project Support

- Support project governance activities, portfolio tracking, project health reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resource utilization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, project summaries, governance reports, and performance dashboards.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items, and track follow-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and governance processes.

Data Analysis, Reporting & Dashboarding
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze trends, KPIs, utilization metrics, operational performance, project health metrics, and business outcomes.




- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Automate recurring reports and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Process Documentation & SOP Management
- Develop, document, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, work instructions, and operational documentation.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain centralized process repositories and ensure documentation remains current, auditable, and aligned with business requirements.

Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Gather and document business requirements for reporting enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation, and implementation activities.
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations and process optimization.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, operations analysis, business analysis, or data analytics roles.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards, and data modeling.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, DAX, and report automation.
- Proven experience creating, documenting, and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and operational procedures.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a PMO or portfolio management setting.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, Microsoft Copilot, or business intelligence initiatives.
- Experience supporting executive reporting and operational governance processes.
