We are currently seeking an Operational Processes Specialist to join our team in Malta, who will be responsible for proficient supervision and monitoring of the collection of receivables process for purchased portfolios of the Company. The role relates to the development of internal and external partnerships, as well as various operational processes and it is designated to enhance company’s activity and workout strategies along with the monitoring of portfolio pool performance.

The role is based in Malta and requires relocation, with relocation package.

Responsibilities:

- Develops, ensures implementation and monitors ongoing collection of receivables plans
- Creates and maintains robust relationships with Business Partners, Servicers and team members
- Performs analysis of portfolios’ trends
- Designs and conducts, either on the site or remote, Servicers’ audits
- Supervises the collections process preparation for receivables acquisitions from banks and other institutions (lending institutions, telecommunication institutions, insurance companies, e-commerce, etc.)
- Actively manages the post-purchase communication with Business Partners and Servicers (waivers requests, defective receivables claims, special operational matters, etc.)
- Conducts commercial discussions in the area of activity and ensures a high quality of service
- Drafts protocols, contracts, documents for waivers and presentations
- Conducts negotiations of the Servicing Agreements
- Works closely with the Legal team in drafting and preparing documents
- Prepares reports and maintains relations with KRUK Group companies

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and Romanian language
- Good knowledge and understanding of the operational processes/tools used in the collection activity (amicable and/or legal stage)




- Experience in the banking/NBFI of Finance industry
- Accuracy, attention to detail, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Critical thinking, with a natural tendency to challenge assumptions and understand the rationale behind actions before executing them
- Negotiations skills and experience in cooperation with Asset Managers would be an advantage
- Openness to change and flexibility
- Independence while holding the ability to also work efficiently as part of a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and/or with various types of projects/ tasks
- Expert-level Excel, PowerPoint and AI prompting skills
- Analytical skills and good time management
- Availability to travel
- Experience in working in an international environment would be an advantage
