Salary: 30k to 50k At Crawl Digitally, we're looking for an Operations Head who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, manage teams efficiently, and ensure seamless communication with clients. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced marketing environment, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple projects.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Monitor project timelines, resolve operational challenges, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Track team performance and ensure accountability across ongoing projects.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets Requirements:-

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Operations,



Project Management, Account Management, or a similar role.

✔ Experience in the D2C industry is mandatory.

✔ Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the latest social media trends.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
