Location: Shivajinagar, Pune.

Work days : Monday - Friday

Work timings : 9:15 am - 6:15 pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and motivated Programme Coordinator/Counsellor to join our Training & Certifications team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, be passionate about sales, and have experience in the training or education sector. The role involves counselling prospective candidates, coordinating training programs, and promoting Clinical Research courses while ensuring a high conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel and guide prospective candidates regarding Clinical Research courses.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and address their queries.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and ensure timely registrations.
- Meet counselling and admission targets by effectively converting enquiries into enrollments.
- Negotiate with candidates within the approved guidelines and successfully close admissions.
- Organize and coordinate demo lectures, seminars, and awareness sessions in colleges and at MITCON centres.




- Coordinate training programs and ensure smooth execution of batches.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with the training and operations team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation using MS Office applications.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate (B.Sc. or B.Pharm. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in counselling, training, education, admissions, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the training or certification industry will be an added advantage.
