Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize food formulations and processing techniques.

Conduct research to enhance product quality, shelf-life, and nutritional value.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other relevant food safety regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D;, and marketing.

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to formulation and testing.

Qualifications & Experience M.Sc./B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related discipline.

0-2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or product development.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of quality systems and food safety management standards is an advantage.
