Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Onboarding Specialist role based in Bengaluru.

The Onboarding

Specialist will guide new clients and partners through the setup process on the Promilo platform, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting onboarding calls or meetings, explaining platform features, assisting with account setup and profile completeness, and addressing initial questions or concerns. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues, tracking onboarding progress, and sharing feedback to improve processes.

Specialist will maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide clear documentation and training materials to help users adopt Promilo’s solutions effectively.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust, explain processes clearly, and engage with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding experience to guide new users through setup, configuration, and early platform adoption.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand user needs, identify onboarding challenges, and suggest process improvements.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in client success, customer support, or account management in a tech or digital platform environment is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Promilo’s products and industry domain are advantageous.
