Company Description Tomotina Kids is a dedicated child development center offering Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Sports, and Creative Learning programs for children. Guided by the belief that every child is unique, Tomotina Kids provides tailored interventions to help each child reach their full potential. The center is based in Gurugram (Gurgaon), India.

Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide evidence-based therapy services to children with diverse developmental, sensory, and functional needs in an on-site, full-time role located in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing children’s motor, sensory, and functional abilities; developing individualized treatment plans; and conducting one-on-one and small group therapy sessions. The role involves collaborating with special educators, other therapists, and families to set goals, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed.

The Occupational

Therapist will maintain accurate documentation, contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions,



and provide guidance to caregivers on home-based strategies that reinforce therapy outcomes. The role also includes participating in center activities, maintaining a child-centered approach, and supporting an inclusive and safe learning environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pediatrics relevant to child development and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams, including clear documentation and caregiver training.

Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.

Registration or licensure as required by local regulatory bodies, with prior clinical or pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a child-centered, inclusive setting and adapt interventions to diverse learning and developmental needs.

Robust observational skills, patience, empathy, and a commitment to ongoing professional development in pediatric and developmental care.
