JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Business Development (Retail Design & Build) to expand our reach within the Indian retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of the retail design & build industry and a proven track record of driving growth and building strategic partnerships. We are looking for a candidate to push our Cheil retail services across multiple existing and new retail accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the retail design and build sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.




- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to the senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the retail industry.
- Solid understanding of retail design identity, fixture manufacturing, visual merchandising services, including project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The candidate should preferably should be from a design & rollout agency or has worked in multiple corporates in the projects team.
