The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ASP.NET Developer to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our suite of software products, including our web-based Attendance Management Systems, Payroll integration APIs, and Access Control software.

Because our solutions bridge physical hardware (biometric machines, RFID readers) with cloud environments, you will play a crucial role in syncing device data with HRMS platforms (like DarwinBox, SAP and Keka). The ideal candidate must be an expert in both modern ASP.NET MVC architectures and classic ASP.NET Web Forms (ASPX) to support our diverse range of legacy and modern client software.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Development: Design, code, and deploy robust attendance, payroll software using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web Forms (ASPX).

- Hardware-to-Software Integration: Develop APIs and backend services to seamlessly capture, process, and sync real-time data from biometric devices (fingerprint, face recognition, UHF readers).

- Third-Party & HRMS Integration: Create and maintain API integrations that connect our local attendance databases with popular cloud-based HRMS and CRM platforms (e.g., Keka, DarwinBox, SAP).

- Database Management: Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases. Write efficient T-SQL queries and stored procedures to handle high-volume, real-time attendance logs without performance bottlenecks.

- System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing legacy ASPX applications and desktop tools used by our clients.

- Frontend Development:



Build intuitive, user-friendly dashboards for administrators to manage employee/student data using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on software development experience within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.

- Build attendance & payroll software for 2,000+ organizations

- Integrate biometric devices with HRMS (Keka, DarwinBox, SAP)

- Indian payroll compliance PF, ESI, TDS experience preferred

- Core Backend Skills: * Expert proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework.

- Strong, proven experience building and scaling applications with ASP.NET MVC.

- Solid experience maintaining, debugging, and developing ASP.NET Web Forms (ASPX).

- Database Expertise: Deep understanding of MS SQL Server, relational database design, and performance tuning for heavy transactional data.

- API Development: Proven track record of building and consuming RESTful APIs and Web Services.

- Frontend Skills: Solid grasp of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to untangle complex data flow issues between local devices, local servers, and the cloud.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

- Familiarity with Biometric Device SDKs (eSSL, Matrix, ZKTeco, or Biomax).
- Experience with contemporary .NET (Core / .NET 5+) and migration projects.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, IP/port configurations, and LAN networking as it relates to connected devices.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
