We analyze individual health data to provide tailored plans covering nutrition, fitness, and management of chronic conditions like diabetes, PCOS, and thyroid disorders. We are part of the HFWL ecosystem – a portfolio of cutting-edge AI platforms including NourIQ Ai (Clinical-Grade Nutrition Intelligence Engine), KlinIQ Ai, and NeuralClinic Ai.

We are expanding our product team and looking for a Nutritionist who can bring clinical expertise to our AI platform.

The Role

You will not be seeing patients directly. Instead, you will be the human expert behind the machine, ensuring our AI delivers secure, accurate, and personalized nutrition advice.

- Review, validate, and correct AI-generated meal plans, dietary recommendations, and nutritional guidance.
- Identify gaps and errors in AI logic and provide clear, actionable correction guidelines to the engineering team.
- Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for nutrition assessment and recommendation protocols.
- Translate complex clinical nutrition rules into simple, machine-readable logic for our product and engineering teams.
- Stay updated on the latest nutrition science and integrate evidence-based practices into the platform.





Who You Are (Must-Have)

- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Nutritionist, Dietitian, or Clinical Nutritionist (internships do not count).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of macronutrients, micronutrients, dietary patterns, and chronic condition management (Diabetes, PCOS, Thyroid, etc.).
- Ability to critically evaluate a diet plan and identify inaccuracies or health risks immediately.
- Excellent communication skills – you must clearly explain "what is wrong and why" to non-medical team members (engineers/product managers).

Good-to-Have (Bonus)

- Experience in digital health, health tech, or AI-powered platforms.
- Experience reviewing or validating AI-generated content.
- Familiarity with Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).

Important Logistics (Please Read)

- Initial 3–4 months: Fully remote (work from home).
- Post 3–4 months: Must be willing to relocate and work onsite at our new office in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
- You must have your own reliable laptop and high-speed internet for the remote period.
