Hi, we are VDYA DIGITAL, looking for a Newsletter & Email Marketing Lead to make newsletters and email our single strongest growth channel — first for our own Digital Marketing Agency, then as a repeatable system we roll out for our clients.

This is a ground-floor build. You won't be inheriting a channel and maintaining it; you'll create it from zero — the strategy, the content IP, the audience, and the conversion engine. If you've personally grown a newsletter and love the mix of sharp writing and hard growth numbers, this is for you.

We're a 2 Year old niche digital marketing agency focused essentially on two categories, as we go from 0 to 1:

- Skin & Hair (Medical): We partner with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, estheticians, and plastic surgeons. And later we will diversify into Skin & Beauty Category. | V3DA
- Pet Care: D2C brands plus Marketplace and Quick-commerce growth across Amazon, Amazon Global, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart and other essential platforms today. | STORE VDYA

What You'll Do

- Build our agency's newsletter and content IP from scratch on Substack and Beehiiv and other relevant platforms such as Linkedin Newsletter & grow it into a genuine, engaged audience.

- Own end-to-end email strategy: list building, segmentation, automation, lifecycle flows, and conversion — turning subscribers into leads and customers, not just sending campaigns. / Yes, we are an AI agentic first company, so you can suggest setting up using Agents




- Write and produce newsletters people actually want to open — strong hooks, sharp content, and a distinct voice.
- Drive demand and subscriber growth through both organic and paid channels.
- Take the same playbook to our skin/hair and pet clients , running newsletter and email programs that generate real leads and revenue for them.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience personally building and growing a newsletter audience, ideally on Substack and/or Beehiiv — with numbers you can show.
- Deep command of email conversion: deliverability, open- and click-rate optimization, funnels, and lifecycle automation.

-Experience with LinkedIn Content and growth
- A genuinely strong writer who creates content, not just schedules it.
- A growth mindset — you care about engaged subscribers and conversions over vanity metrics.
- The range to move between very different audiences (medical/aesthetics and pet) and adapt tone to each.

Nice to Have

- Experience with healthcare, aesthetics, pet, D2C, or marketplace/quick-commerce brands.
- Comfort with analytics and basic paid acquisition.
