What You’ll Do Provide operational support for enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching platforms

Support and maintain firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, and software upgrades

Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP solutions, including LTM and GTM

Support enterprise wireless infrastructure, including access points, controllers, and authentication services

Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution in a production, high-availability environment

Participate in a 24x7 support model, including on-call rotations as required

Implement and support network automation using tools such as Python, Ansible, and vendor APIs

Monitor network performance and capacity, proactively identifying and remediating issues

Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and change management activities

Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to support business initiatives

Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams,



and operational procedures What’s Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

3+ years of experience in enterprise network support or engineering roles

Solid understanding of wireless networking, including 802.11 standards and RF fundamentals

Experience with network automation and scripting using Python, Ansible, and REST APIs

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security principles

Experience supporting production, high-availability enterprise environments

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
