Role Description The Network Developer at IFCC GROUP will design, implement, and maintain network architectures to ensure secure, stable, and high-performing connectivity across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring routers and switches, optimizing routing protocols, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. The role also involves implementing network security measures, supporting software-driven networking solutions, and collaborating with IT and software teams to integrate applications with the underlying network infrastructure.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur,



requiring close coordination with local teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Networking and Routing skills, including experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, and configuration of routers and switches.

Candidates should possess Network Security skills, such as implementing firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and best practices for protecting data and systems.

Candidates should possess Software Development and Programming skills relevant to network automation, scripting, and integration (e.g., Python, shell scripting, APIs).

Candidates should possess abilities in network monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting using standard tools and methodologies.

Relevant qualifications include a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.
