Role Overview :

As a .Net Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, end-to-end web applications that serve as the backbone for our clients' digital operations. You will work within cross-functional agile teams, collaborating closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of modern frontend interfaces with secure, scalable backend architectures, directly impacting the user experience and the reliability of enterprise-grade platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.Net and React.js to ensure high availability and optimal performance for end-users.




- Architect and manage complex database schemas within SQL Server to support data-driven decision-making and effective information retrieval.
- Integrate enterprise authentication and authorization protocols, specifically LDAP and Active Directory, to ensure secure access management across client platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot system bottlenecks, ensuring that the final product meets rigorous quality standards and business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Proficiency in building responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and robust server-side logic using the .Net framework.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relational databases in SQL Server, including writing complex queries and optimizing stored procedures.
- Strong understanding of identity management systems, specifically implementing LDAP and Active Directory for secure enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within a professional setting, with 4 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to adapt to diverse project requirements and work effectively in hybrid or office-based environments across Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon, or Noida.
