- Sales & Network Expansion: Lead branch performance, expansion, and channel productivity & Profitability initiatives with clear business and compliance outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Drive superior customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell through personalized relationship banking and service excellence.
- Governance & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of process integrity, internal control, and regulatory compliance across all branches.
- People & Leadership: Mentor zonal and regional leaders, build leadership capability, and nurture a strong succession pipeline for future growth as well as collaborate wth all stakeholders / Products & Channels.
- Transformation & Innovation: Champion digital adoption, process efficiency, and new-age banking practices.

Minimum

Requirements - Education: Post-Graduate or higher qualification in Business Management,



Finance, or related discipline from a recognized institution.

- Experience: 22 25 years of progressive experience in Branch or Retail Banking, with proven leadership in large-scale sales, operations, and customer engagement.

- Demonstrated success in driving CASA and liability growth, leading multi-zone branch networks, promotion of asset products and managing diverse teams.
- Solid grounding in regulatory compliance, risk governance, and audit readiness.
