Effingut Breweries is looking for an experienced culinary leader to take charge of kitchen operations across all 16 units nationally, based out of our KP Kitchen in Pune.

This is a senior, full-time leadership position for a seasoned chef who has run large-scale, multi-unit kitchen operations and is ready to take on a national mandate with significant scope to grow as we continue to expand.

? Location: Pune (KP Kitchen — Base Location)

? Scope: National — All 16 Unit Kitchens

? Growth: Significant career growth chance over the next 5 years as the business scales

What You'll Own

Menu engineering and recipe standardisation across all units

Portion control and taste standardisation

Menu mix analysis (Star-Dog analysis)

Menu costing and margin management

Quality control across all 16 kitchens nationally

What We're Looking For





Graduate from a reputed catering/hotel management college

Minimum 20 years of overall kitchen management experience

At least 3 years of experience as a Multi-Unit Chef, having handled 7–10+ units simultaneously

Strong command over menu engineering, F&B; costing, and quality systems

Proven ability to lead and standardise operations at scale
