Roles & Responsibilities
- Scope and document requirements, configure, load data and deploy PATT solutions to Workday.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.
- Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects.
- Configure and smoke test Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules.
- Provides findings, updates, options, risks, and impacts related to data conversion to clients.
- Utilize your business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.
- Recognize and embody our purpose and values, applying them in your projects and client interactions.
- Foster relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Expertise in Workday Payroll required.
- Also, expertise needed in at least one of two modules: Time Tracking or Absence.
- 3-6 years of experience in PATT domain performing requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday.
- Strong in loading data through EIBs.
- Advanced or Expert proficiency in Reporting and Security in PATT domain.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills for generating transparent, concise release notes and documentation.
