Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Manager – Client Relations to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and support business growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and business expansion.
- Prepare client reports and conduct regular business reviews.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Client Relations, Account Management, or Staffing.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
